INTERNSHIP AGREEMENT

I, ______________________, in accepting the Philipstown Garden Club Internship and its partner’s expectations, agree to fulfill all of the obligations attendant to it for the months of July and August, 2009. I understand that:

a) My schedule will be mutually agreed upon with my supervisor and will

total 20 hours a week.

b) Specific job assignments will be determined by my supervisor and will

relate to the job description given me.

c) I will receive a $500.00 stipend at the end of July by the ________________ and another $500.00 stipend from the Philipstown Garden Club at the end of August upon submitting a written report describing my work and activities during the internship.

d) I will be asked to be available for a photo shoot and information regarding my experience before the end of the internship for the purpose of publicity.
